FIRE GLASS INTRODUCES CONTACTLESS DELIVERIES

Following the Governments guidance on COVID-19, Fire Glass UK are doing all they can to make sure our employees and customers are as safe as possible. We have introduced a new Contactless Delivery Procedure which will echo the safe distancing message we are all endorsing.

It is so important for our drivers to stay and feel safe whilst they deliver your orders, as well as keeping our customers safe.

Here is our Contactless Delivery Procedure.

  1. Our delivery drivers WILL ALWAYS keep two meters away from you.
  2. You won’t be asked to physically sign for the consignment.
  3. No paperwork will change hands at the delivery stage.
  4. Our driver will ask permission to sign on your behalf.
  5. Our driver will take a photograph of the delivery for our records.
  6. A digital copy of the POD will be sent by email to our contact.
