We are delighted to recognise Lenard Kozma, Production at Fire Glass West, as Employee of the Month for May 2024. During a recent staffing shortage, Lenard’s remarkable dedication and versatility have been pivotal in maintaining our branch’s smooth operations.

Lenard quickly stepped up and filled the gap when the Production team found itself short an operative on the saw. His adeptness at multitasking has been invaluable – he has seamlessly taken on the additional responsibility of cutting while continuing to load vans, complete stock takes, and perform daily checks. Lenard’s proactive support extends to his colleagues, who consistently help and work as a team.

Lenard’s vibrant personality and enthusiasm for helping the branch thrive have made a significant impact. He is a reliable team player and an innovator, contributing numerous suggestions and feedback that have driven the branch’s continuous improvement.
