Fire Glass North’s Jonathon Trafford has been named ‘Employee of the Month’ for his exceptional leadership and commitment to training new starters on the Saw. The operative team recently experienced changes in staffing, and Jonny stepped up as a role model, leading by example with his strong work ethic and dedication to ensuring the success of the new team members.

Jonny has played a critical role in onboarding new labourers, ensuring their training is performed to the highest standard. He has consistently supported them, answering their questions and guiding them through the learning process. His efforts have made the induction of new starters a seamless experience, greatly reducing the pressure on management.
