Congratulations to Courtney Charles, Factory Operative at Fire Glass West, for being nominated as Employee of the Month for December and selected by Paul Baylis.

Paul said, “Courtney, who usually works as a Factory Operative, offered to help out and help deliver our glass to customers when the branch ran into a few logistical problems. As well as maintaining his Factory Operative role, he also worked overtime to help us meet our delivery schedules.

He more than exceeded expectations providing outstanding commitment and customer service by supporting the branch when it needed it most.

During this time, he met all delivery deadlines allowing the branch to stay on track and meet targets by saving the branch money on agency fees.”
