80 Fenchurch Street is a mixed-use commercial and retail development located in London’s famous financial square mile.

The BREEAM project known as EightyFen is an impressive 240,000 square feet of office space over 14 floors, including high-quality retail space, a ground floor cafe restaurant, and six spectacular landscaped gardens in the sky which offer stunning views across the city. Including the fully-glazed atrium at the heart of the building, which Radii AG designed, expresses that glass plays a vital part in allowing light to travel throughout the interior whilst also providing passive fire protection and reducing sound insulation.

Fire Glass UK was able to supply over 330m2 of Pyrobel 16 fire-rated glass with polished edges for butt-jointed partitioning with mitred joints to help create the aesthetic atrium.
