At Fire Glass West, Lenard has gone above and beyond to keep operations running smoothly. Lenard has singlehandedly operated both the Bottero Table and the Saw daily while the branch worked to recruit another Glass Operative.
Nominated by Aaron Vailes, Lenard’s dedication to customers and commitment to meeting On-Time In-Full (OTIF) targets have been vital. His mature and solution-oriented outlook has allowed him to work closely with management to ensure customer needs are met without disruption.
