This week, we are encouraging our staff to take advantage of Free CPR training from The Britsh Heart Foundation, which could one day help you save a life. The British Heart Foundation (BHF) has launched RevivR™, a free, easy-to-use online tool that teaches CPR in just 15 minutes. This short, accessible training session could make all the difference in an emergency, giving you the skills to step up confidently if someone needs help.

CPR can double or even triple someone’s chance of survival in a cardiac emergency. Immediate, effective CPR could mean the difference between life and death.
