David Seery, Production Office, Fire Glass Midlands
David has consistently gone above and beyond to assist his colleagues and provide outstanding customer service. His dedication ensures that deliveries are fulfilled on time and in full, significantly contributing to the branch’s success.
David’s ability to motivate and inspire his peers is truly remarkable. He pushes others to complete vans and stillaging, setting a high standard for the team to follow.
His proactive approach and unwavering commitment have not only enhanced operational efficiency but also fostered a collaborative and high-performing work environment. David was nominated by Anthony Stone.
Patricia Hancock, Administrative Assistant, Fire Glass South
Patty has been a breath of fresh air since she joined Fire Glass South. She has quickly become a key member of the team and is popular with both fellow team members and customers.
Patricia is meticulous in her work and has quickly learned our products and systems. She provides a pleasant voice to our customers when they call the branch. When not processing orders, she happily chases quotes and has a mission to follow up on all outstanding quotes.
During the past month, Patricia has inputted 829 orders, averaging 55 orders each working day. She was nominated by Branch Manager, Gary Mahoney
Peter Fairbrother, Transport Department, Fire Glass North
Peter regularly goes above and beyond as a driver at Fire Glass North, displaying dedication and commitment to his role.
He is always happy to help with any task in transport and around the Fire Glass North branch. His efforts ensure that the branch offers a high-standard service. Peter was nominated by Operations Manager, Jonathon Booth.
