Dominik Michalski, Glass Operative from Fire Glass West, is our first Employee of the Month for 2023. This is the second month in a row that an employee from West branch has received recognition – excellent news for the branch, proving we now have the right people in place who are making a remarkable difference within the company.

Paul Baylis, Production Manager, nominated Dominik. Paul commented, “Dom has been a saviour for our branch over the last few months. His consistency and attitude towards his work are second to none. He is always ready and willing to do whatever the company requires, from early starts to working over to get jobs prepared for dispatch. We would have struggled massively in the last few months without his commitment.

Dom is a natural leader in the warehouse, always willing to help others whilst also completing his work. He has trained new starters, guiding them and helping them with the company’s processes. Dom is a real team player and is always eager to do his best for the company’s good.

He always hits his targets and has smashed his cutting figures over the last few months. Dom ensures the demand of our customers is always met and has cut over 250 pieces of glass in one day to ensure orders are dispatched on time to keep our reputation for customer service.”
