International Women’s Day is a global day celebrating the social, economic, cultural and political achievements of women. Held annually on 8th March to help celebrate women’s achievements, raise awareness about women’s equality, lobby for accelerated gender parity and fundraise for female-focused charities.

Fire Glass UK’s team includes 25 women in various roles throughout the company, including managers, team leaders, administration, and sales. We are proud of their achievements in helping to drive the company forward, bringing excellent communication, negotiation and analysing skills, empathy, fairness, and organisation.

Since Fire Glass UK began business in 2008, the growth of women within the company has increased by 2500%, since then Fire Glass UK has better efficiency with organisation and ideas for improvement within all departments.

It only seems fitting that we as a company show gratitude on this particular day; International Women’s Day.
